Velion EA is a digital subscription service. Once access, license, or download information has been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged twice, contact us within 7 days at velioncapital@gmail.com.

You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Refunds may be reviewed case by case for technical delivery problems or confirmed billing mistakes.
